Terms of Service

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before using the services provided by Pack-It Movers ("Company," "we," "our," or "us"). By scheduling or using our moving or storage services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Services

Pack-It Movers provides residential moving, commercial moving, long-distance moving, packing, and storage services in the Houston, TX area and surrounding regions. All services are subject to availability and must be scheduled in advance.

2. Estimates & Pricing

All quotes and estimates provided by Pack-It Movers are based on information supplied by the customer. Final pricing may vary based on actual move conditions, weight, distance, and additional services requested on moving day. We offer in-home estimates and price matching. Contact us for details.

3. Payment

Payment is due upon completion of your move unless otherwise agreed in writing. We accept major credit cards, cash, and approved electronic payment methods. We do not require full payment upfront before your move is complete.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

We understand plans change. Please notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will always do our best to accommodate schedule changes.

5. Liability & Claims

Pack-It Movers is fully licensed and insured. In the event of damage or loss, liability is governed by applicable federal and state regulations. Customers are encouraged to declare the value of high-value items prior to the move. Claims must be submitted in writing within 30 days of the move completion date.

6. Customer Responsibilities

Customers are responsible for:

• Ensuring all items to be moved are properly disclosed at time of booking.
• Securing pets and clearing pathways on moving day.
• Ensuring parking and elevator access at both origin and destination.
• Notifying us of any fragile, high-value, or specialty items in advance.

7. Prohibited Items

Pack-It Movers will not transport hazardous materials, flammable items, illegal substances, live animals, or perishable goods. A full list of prohibited items will be provided at time of booking.

8. Storage Services

Items stored at our facility are subject to a separate storage agreement. Storage rates, access hours, and terms will be outlined in that agreement. Pack-It Movers is not responsible for items left in storage beyond the agreed term without prior arrangement.

9. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas. Any disputes arising from our services shall be resolved in Harris County, Texas.

10. Changes to These Terms

We reserve the right to update these Terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with a revised date. Continued use of our services after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
